Treat asthma naturally

09 June 2021
Dipl.-Biol. Dorothee Ogroske et al.

Both in Germany and worldwide, bronchial asthma (asthma for short) is the most common chronic disease in childhood. In Germany, approximately 10 percent of children and 5 percent of adults are affected by bronchial asthma. With the power of medicinal mushrooms you will soon be able to breathe freely again!

What is asthma?

Asthmatics suffer from a permanent inflammation of the bronchial mucosa. This swells and produces an excess of tough mucus, resulting in narrowed airways.

In an acute asthma attack, the muscles in the bronchial wall also tighten. This makes exhalation in particular more difficult. This produces the whistling exhalation noise typical of asthmatics with simultaneous shortness of breath.

Children suffer from asthma more often than adults because their mucosal surface area is particularly large in relation to the width of the airways.

Common asthma triggers and risk factors for asthma

  • Smoking and passive smoking is poison for the respiratory tract and increases its susceptibility to infection.
  • Allergy sufferers have an increased risk of asthma.
  • Frequent respiratory infections make the airways hypersensitive.
  • Low birth weight.
  • Physical inactivity and childhood obesity.

Mr. K. from Gotha

"For approximately four years I am symptom-free, except for very few days", so Mr. K. from Gotha summarizes the effect of the welfare mushrooms. "I am very satisfied with the result. Unlike various asthma sprays and desensitizations that had no lasting success."

Treat asthma effectively and in the long term with medicinal mushrooms

Asthma sprays bring rapid relaxation and relief of the symptoms of the disease, which is essential, especially during an acute attack. In contrast, mycotherapy, the healing with fungi, starts at the root of the problem. It is therefore highly recommended for accompanying long-term treatment. For example, the medicinal mushroom Reishi achieves a strengthening of the entire body and lungs when taken regularly.

Reishi improves oxygen supply throughout the body, has anti-inflammatory effects and prevents histamine release (histamine is responsible for triggering allergic reactions). It is known for its immune-boosting properties and can thus lower overall susceptibility to infections and allergies. Reishi is thus particularly suitable for the prevention of further asthma attacks.

Since asthma attacks are often also triggered by physical or psychological stress, taking cordyceps at the same time can be helpful. This medicinal mushroom strengthens the lungs, has a balancing effect and has a stabilizing effect on the overall physical and mental condition. Asthmatics often have to accept losses in their quality of life because, among other things, the fear of sudden attacks characterizes their everyday life or they have a rather low energy level overall. Cordyceps gives new inner strength here.
